What counts as a "logged action"? +
A logged action is any decision your AI agent makes that you record via the Truveil SDK. This includes tool calls, approvals, agent handoffs, and LLM decisions. Most production AI agents log between 5 and 30 actions per workflow run.
Can I change plans anytime? +
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Do you offer a free trial of paid plans? +
Yes. The Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. The Free plan is permanent and has no time limit.
What happens if I exceed my action limit? +
We will notify you at 80 percent and 100 percent of your monthly limit. Logs continue to be accepted but new audit reports will be paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. We never charge surprise overage fees.
Is my AI agent data private? +
Yes. Your agent logs are stored in an isolated database row and only visible to your account. We never sell your data. We never use your data to train AI models. You can delete your account and data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you offer educational or non-profit discounts? +
Yes. Verified educational institutions, registered non-profits, and academic researchers receive 50 percent off any paid plan. Email us with proof of eligibility.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), UPI, NetBanking, and wire transfer for annual Enterprise plans. Payments are processed by Stripe and Razorpay.
Can I get an invoice for my company? +
Yes. All plans include downloadable invoices with your company name, GST/VAT number, and tax details. Available in your account settings.
